refund & return policy

At Printician, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

Since most products are customized, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • Wrong item was received

  • Print quality is incorrect

  • Customization is different from what was approved

Mandatory proof: Unboxing video + clear photos

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized mugs, t-shirts, pillows, frames, keychains, etc.

  • Orders with spelling/design mistakes from the customer

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference

3. Replacement Policy

If approved:

  • Replacement will be provided free of cost

  • The same product and design will be reprinted

  • Shipping time applies as per normal processing

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only when:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Product is out of stock

  • Order was cancelled before printing began

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed only before:

  • Designing starts

  • Printing begins

Once customization is in process, cancellation is not possible.

6. How to Request Return or Replacement
