At Printician, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy for returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement
Since most products are customized, returns are accepted only if:

The product arrived damaged

Wrong item was received
-
Print quality is incorrect

Customization is different from what was approved
Mandatory proof: Unboxing video + clear photos
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Customized mugs, t-shirts, pillows, frames, keychains, etc.

Orders with spelling/design mistakes from the customer

Damage caused after delivery

Dissatisfaction due to personal preference
3. Replacement Policy
If approved:

Replacement will be provided free of cost

The same product and design will be reprinted

Shipping time applies as per normal processing
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only when:
Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are allowed only before:

Designing starts
-
Printing begins
Once customization is in process, cancellation is not possible.
